CLAUSE 1
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between r7789 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the r7789 online gaming and sports betting platform available at https://r7789.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

- "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform, which permits access to gaming, betting, and financial services offered by r7789.

Account Eligibility

r7789 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and source of funds at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
CLAUSE 4
Account Registration & KYC
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on r7789. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and funds forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You undertake to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
The KYC verification process at r7789 may require you to submit:
- A valid government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, this is typically a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport;
- Proof of residential address (where applicable), such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months;
- A selfie or liveness verification image, as required to match your face to the submitted identity document;
- Proof of payment method ownership, where the payment method used for deposits requires verification.
Document Security Notice: Always upload verification documents through the official r7789 HTTPS-secured account portal. Never share your CNIC, passport, or other sensitive documents through WhatsApp, social media, personal email, or any unsecured channel. r7789 support agents will never request documents outside the secure verification portal. Submitting falsified, altered, or obscured documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
CLAUSE 5
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on r7789 are subject to the following conditions:

- The minimum deposit amount is subject to the operator's current published schedule and may vary by payment method.

CLAUSE 8
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on r7789 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and — where legally warranted — reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent account restrictions by using your identity or payment methods;
- Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, generate outcomes, or manipulate Platform behaviour;
- Exploiting software bugs, Platform errors, or pricing mistakes for deliberate financial gain;

- Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to conduct money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially illicit activity through the Platform;

- Using the Platform in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction, including laws relating to online gambling, financial transactions, or data protection;

Where prohibited conduct is identified, r7789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, withhold some or all funds pending investigation, and share relevant information with law enforcement or regulatory bodies where legally required.
CLAUSE 9
Intellectual Property
All content on the r7789 Platform — including but not limited to software code, website design, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and multimedia materials — is the property of r7789 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:
- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without express written consent;
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from the Platform's software;
- Creating derivative works based on r7789's intellectual property;

CLAUSE 10
Limitation of Liability

- Interruptions in service, including but not limited to server downtime, maintenance periods, or third-party connectivity failures;
- Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances outside the Platform's reasonable control;
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, game results, or any information published on the Platform;
- Decisions made by the User in reliance on content published on the Platform, including promotional terms, game descriptions, or sports information;
- Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, however arising.
Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.
CLAUSE 11
Responsible Gambling

CLAUSE 12
Account Suspension & Termination

- Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request;
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illicit conduct;
- Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8;
- Regulatory requirements, including the platform ceasing to operate in a particular region;
- A User's own request to close their account.
In cases of account closure due to a breach by the User, r7789 reserves the right to withhold some or all account balances pending an investigation. Where closure is at the User's request and the account is in good standing, any eligible real-money balance will be returned via the User's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
Users who have self-excluded may request account closure at any time. Re-registration attempts during an active self-exclusion period will be declined.
CLAUSE 13
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r7789 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the r7789 support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that licensing jurisdiction.
r7789 does not operate under Pakistani law and does not hold any licence issued by any Pakistani authority. Users in Pakistan access the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are encouraged to obtain independent legal guidance regarding the lawfulness of online gambling in their specific circumstances.
CLAUSE 14
Amendments
r7789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the Platform's notification system or by email, where a valid address is held on file. The date of the most recent review is displayed at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform and contact the support team to close your account.
